    Great and pleasant hotel located so close to the Sheraton Royal Orchid, beautiful gardens and downtown. Fresh food, comfy and stunning room with very comfortable bed, amazing views. A wide array of satisfactory breakfast items to choose from. Good and pleasant location just a short walk away from Fn Outlet. Simply no reason to complain, fab stay.

    Beautiful pool area and spacious accommodations.

    Our experience here was frustrating. The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in assisting us. The location was far too remote. It took a long walk to reach any major roads, and access to taxis and public transport was non-existent, leaving us stranded. The amenities were limited, and we felt let down by the dining options available.

    The service was outstanding. Each and everyone of the staff has been trained to greet the hotel guests to make them feel welcome. Breakfast was an abundance of both European and Asian choices - something for everyone. Breakfast plates were cleared very quickly after each course to make room for the next. We were particularly impressed with the spacious ground - all very well designed. In spite of the size, it had a personal feel about it. The offer of Indian, Malay, Thai and Japanese food in their main restaurant was a very nice touch and something different.

    WE had a big problem with the MATTRESS - either very old or a bad design. It was far too soft and did not provide suport for the back. It was one of those where one sinks into the middle and if you try to turn, you have to go against the weight of the mattress! The breakfast tea was not very good either even though it was served in a nice pot. It was not made fresh and the tea came from a giant pot on the side from which the small teapot was filled.

    Resort is beautiful, breakfast was lovely though first morning it was chaotic and busy, had a few issues but was resolved very quickly.

    Not in Hua Hin, however, there is a shuttle bus which runs regularly, in which you have to pay for the bus. Mosquitos were out in force during our stay and the hotel were running an infestation control programme.

    Loved the massive wrap-around pool, made swimming super fun! The beach was just a stroll away, and lounging in the green areas was like paradise. One highlight was the delicious passion fruit cake recommended by the staff, it was to die for!

    Room service, restaurant is over price. Check in-check out very slow, If you like to be pampered western style this is it. Very isolated. But if you want to see local lifestyle this is not for you Pool is noisy with children.

    The hotel was celebrated some of their own anniversary but they didn't mention about a huge temporary tent on its beach where obstruct its best view as they always tried to advertise, we've stunned in its large beach front's swimming pool when have to see 30 labors installed this huge tent all our two nights staying there, it's not fair for us and all of guests at those dates.

    Great restaurants n facilities.

    However we were there Easter weekend and there was a thai wedding so room service and housekeeping was poor. Go but avoid long weekends in Thailand or weddings.
